suicidal

got a scare juz now a block away from my home. A 15-year-old gal (reportedly by the sum-gus on the ground, including us) threatened to jumped down from her 9th floor flat. SCDF was there with the big balloon (dunno wat u call that). The gal wass sitting on the window ledge. I was driving past the block with my ershu and shun when we saw that. not sure if u can see that in the pic…

Accordingly to the 街方，the gal was with a guy for 5mths from the neighbourhood school opp my hse. A love matter gone wrong perhaps? Anw, the gal was pulled into the hse in the end.
